One in ten women lie about the number of people they've slept with to their new partner, a new study has revealed.

The study found younger women are twice as likely to be economical with the truth when they meet a new bloke.

But the biggest fib told by women covers the amount of money they spend on clothes, with 26 per cent glossing over the cost of their shopping sprees.

20 per cent of lasses said they had lied about their weight, while six percent claim to be younger than they really are, the Sun reported.

But blokes can be even worse than the girls when it comes to telling porkies.

It took a while, but I think I have accepted that my figure will be one of the things people talk about . I would hate it to be the main and only thing that people dwell on however,” Beat Fm’s on air personality, Tolulope Oniru popularly called Toolz says.

Before now, Tools was always uncomfortable with her curvy shape but after a few months of her incursion in airwave business, she has seen it as a tool that will make her brand name, Toolz rise to the desired status.

    • Spends N1.30tr in seven years on executive jets • Govt plans fresh intervention fund for airlines
WITH Nigeria holding the record of a country with the highest private jet ownership in Africa, the aviation sector has brought into sharp relief the paradox of a nation that is endowed with huge oil resources but where only a few are wealthy.
In a country where the average Nigerian lives on less than $1 a day, there is a super rich class of business moguls, bankers, preachers, politicians and oil magnates whose private ownership of jets is more than that of any other country.
While the rich can afford such luxuries, the economic crisis in the nation is seen in a situation where the aviation sector needs financial succour from the Federal Government.
Indeed, worried about the critical state of the nation’s aviation industry, the Federal Government is proposing a fresh round of intervention for airlines.
The new intervention fund would be different from the N100 billion given to airlines three years ago to help them boost their operations.
