A dilapidated pedestrian bridge at Sadiku Bus-stop in Ilasamaja
area of Lagos is still in use even though it is on the verge of
collapse.Journalist who visited the bridge today saw several people
using the pedestrian bridge unaware of the threat it poses to them and
vehicles plying the ever-busy Oshodi-Apapa expressway.
Lagos state government has promised to fix the bridge but
surprisingly the killer bridge remains actively in use. The Government
hardly takes anything seriously until it has claimed lives. God help us
all!
