Microsoft to get Ownership of Nokia

Microsoft and Nokia has reached an agreement to the purchase of the Nokia phone unit by Microsoft.

The deal which is worth $7.2bn is set to be completed in early 2014. This deal also include the patents and mapping services of Nokia to Microsoft. It is also said that at the end of the deal about 32000 employees of Nokia will automatically be transferred to Microsoft. For more
