Robert Mugabe the 90 year old Zimbabwean President, has just
been named the new Chairman of the African Union. He took over from
Mauritania's President Mohamed Ould Abdel Aziz at a ceremony which
held at the
Union's secretariat in Addis Abbaba, Ethiopia this morning. Looking at his age
