Should Government Expose the Identity of those Quarantine

It has been Noticed that some of the infected people with the Ebola virus have been escaping quarantine and exposing others to the deadly disease. Now the question is asked, should the government expose the identity of those involved in other to protect the lives of other when they escape the quarantine or still protect their identity and put others at risk? pleas share your opinion with us
