Megan's dress featured a plunging neckline and one sleeve, and a tightly fitted bodice that outlined her slender waistline.
The stage actress - who had a baby girl in September - was toned around the arms and trim everywhere else as she posed on the very red carpet rolled out in front of the St. James Theatre.
Her blonde hair was a bright beacon as well, and crimson lipstick complimented her fair complexion.
Megan - who attended the event with her musician husband Brian Gallagher - carried a small white handbag and peep-toe golden heels adorned her feet.
