Percy Sledge singer of one of the most iconic songs the world has ever heard 'When A Man Loves A Woman', has finally gone to the world beyond. The Legendary soul singer died today April 14th at his home in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He was 73 years old.
His longtime agent, Steve Green, said Percy, who was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2005 died after a long battle with liver cancer. He's survived by a wife and 12 children.
