Buhari’s certificate is it a Criteria to Be Considered or Not

Few days ago it was announced by the electoral committee that one of the requirements to be considered during this election is the school cert.
Due to this it was a little difficult for the APC Presidential candidate to produce the said certificate but eventually he did provide one.

But the issue with the cert is according to the comments been made by the people of the nation is that the certificate produced is not his original certificate but was forged.

Well looking at the cert below and going back to about 50 year ago when we had no printers, desk tops or even cameras for black and white photograph not to mention taking a colored one, What do you say about the issue?
